Last night we decorated Christmas cookies for FHE. I love this tradition and the kids do too.
First we cut out our favorite Christmas shapes: trees, stockings, santa hats, etc.
Dad helps the kids get them just right.
Cole's favorite cookie cutter was the santa hat. Of course, my camera was dying five minutes after we started.
Then we baked the cookies and picked out a few to decorate.
Here are the before cookies.
We had 4 colors of icing: white, red, green & "gold". We had sprinkles and red hots too.
Landon wanted to do it all by himself.
Most of the cookies were drowned in icing and sprinkles. Yummy!
The best part of the whole activity was enjoying the cookies when they were done!
