I was so bummed when I saw the snow this morning. Snow is alright from about November to February, but besides then I could do without. Fall is my favorite month, and it looks like it is going to be a short one. I hope this is just a fluke and not a sign of things to come.
Here is our house with the first snow. The roads were still clear, so that was good.
These aren't the pumpkins we carved, thank goodness. We kept those in the house.
My wood pile. I guess I won't be making a fire tonight.
Kyle just barbequed last night and now look at it.
Here is the car. The kids wore their snow gear to school, even though I was pretty sure we wouldn't get much snow the rest of the day. I was wrong! It snowed all day-- big fat flakes!
We are expecting more tomorrow and then hopefully it will go away for a month or so. I really don't want to take the kids our trick or treating in the snow. Yuck!

Wow!! I agree with you Julie...it could hold off until Thanksgiving, LOL! It is pretty though!
I heard about that - a friend here said her fam up in Ft. Collins got 24 inches! I cannot believe that! How was trick-or-treating?
Hope you still had a fun Halloween!
