We finally got to go to the Cub Scout Day Camp this year! It was originally supposed to be in June, but got postponed because of the wildfires. The boys and I had such a great time this year, even though it was only 2 instead of 4 days.
Here are some of the activities they did:
Archery.
Bocce Ball.
Shooting.
Sponge Toss.
Landon usually stays in the tot lot (babysitting) during camp, but they were short on helpers so he got to stay with us the whole time and do everything the big kids did. He loved that!
He got a 10 in archery.
He pitched for kickball.
"You'll shoot your eye out!"
It was pretty nice weather the two days of day camp. We had to leave an hour early the first day because of rain and lightning, but the second day we stayed the whole time.
I think all the scouts had a blast. Day Camp is always one of the most fun activities of the year.
